Highlights from the Annual Meeting - Arkansas RC&D Annual Meeting

Arkansas RC&D’ 2007 Annual meeting was held Monday, December 10th at the Wyndham Hotel in North Little Rock. One of the highlights of the meeting was the Awards Luncheon.
